iBISS Lite O&E (v. 2.0) is a Java, web-based, GIS-enabled decision support system focused for rapid deployment to the operations and engineering groups within today’s MSOs. Implementation is within weeks and on a node-by-node basis.

As a non-interactive version of the full enterprise edition (iBISS Net), iBISS Lite is installed on a network server for multi-user access. iBISS Lite O&E allows import of static engineering drawings and/or billing system information into a data warehouse. This provides an easy to use interface allowing the user to access and utilize up-to-date network and customer information and to cross-reference with data from other systems.

Once network data and other information is in database form, additional services are available to facilitate the integration and overlay of data from other systems and sources. These include status monitoring, work orders, repair history, non-responders, technician service areas, service penetration, and many more for advanced management and analysis capabilities.
