The client, being a large one, had an environment with multiple software being used for different tasks in their environment, keeping track of different parts of projects based on the cycle and location. Not only did quick and easy access of the data need to be enabled, but a web application that could capture the end-to-end workflow of a construction job and integrate with Salesforce, Essbase, Workbook and DOCK was required.
Each stage of the job needed to be represented with an easy-to-use UI, allowing for quick management of data and tasks. C-level reports and dashboards were also required to give the leadership a clear picture of the status of projects on the ground at a glance. IMMCO’s software team needed to deliver a solution that would encompass all of these needs to address the communication gaps that were currently in the client’s environment.
In addition to developing a workflow application that integrated with every tool (Salesforce, Essbase, WorkBook, and DOCK) in the client’s environment, IMMCO went one step further and integrated the capital expenditure/financial workflow in the application, later developing a serviceability module as well, which helped the client carry out their extensive operations.
Overall, the application provided a host of benefits to the client, not only in terms of the ease-of-use but the overall effect on the bottom line as well.
With easy web access for designated team members across departments as well as C-level reporting and dashboards, every stakeholder in the project, from the field team all the way to the executive leadership got to see a view of the project which suited their needs perfectly.
