Construction activities need to get permitted from respective state, city, county and other stakeholders. Getting sufficient permits from multiple authorities is a time-consuming process most of the time, so the data presented for getting respective permits plays a critical role in this phase. Many times, poorly correlated data on the permit documents becomes a nightmare for telecom construction companies as the authorities reject those requests after a stringent QC process.
This delays the entire construction deadlines and increases expenditure. To avoid this, IMMCO has a team of experience permit document planners as well as network designers, joining hands to create our permit design module. So far, we’ve engaged with multiple telecom service providers across the USA for the creation of permit documents for City, County, Department of Transportation, Rail Roads, Pipelines, and Traffic Control Plans.
Requirement levels of different state, city, and county departments vary to a certain extent. IMMCO is experienced and flexible in creating permits according to each requirement, with clients in Texas, Washington, and California. All deliverables are created with high accuracy with accurately geo-positioned data, so anomalies are removed and thus increased approval rates from respective departments.
A well-planned traffic control plans are an indispensable part of every permit request and IMMCO comes with an impeccable track record of creating the temporary traffic controls in multiple platforms. Traffic control plans created by IMMCO are intuitive and add more clarity for the officials to sanction the permit requests.
With over 200 miles designed in Texas, and over 80 traffic plans drafted for a smart city project in California, IMMCO is well equipped to take on more permit design work in the future.
